Ordering and despatch of goods.
We will advise you at the time of ordering when your items will be despatched. For items in stock this will usually be the same or the next working day. Items sourced elsewhere, as soon as possible thereafter.

Items weighing up to 2kg will usually be sent by Royal Mail; items in excess of 2kg by reputable courier. With prior notice you are welcome to arrange your own courier / collection. ------ 07951 11 11 32

Warranty and Returns.

New Parts. 12 months warranty subject to correct installation and use.

New or Rebuilt engines and gearboxes. 12 months warranty, unlimited hours, subject to correct installation and use. Specific conditions may apply, depending on the nature of the application.

Used Items. We will advise if there is any warranty attached at time of enquiry.

Returns and Refunds.    Warranty returns. In all cases, please contact us first in order we may work out the best way forward.

All other returns are entirely at the customer's expense and risk.

All appropriate refunds paid within 14 days of receipt by ourselves of eligible refundable goods.

In all cases we abide fully by the appropriate Distance Selling regulations (see www.gov.uk)
